L4/L5/S1 all herniated with nerve impingement. Only thing that ever helped was surgery. PLIF. Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion with lamenectomy. Out of the hospital the following day. Back working in 5 months.

I was too. However, it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
