Ashwagandha Improves Hypothyroidism
By Dr. Russell Blaylock, M.D.
The herb ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also called Indian ginseng, has a number of useful properties, including improving memory and obsessive-compulsive disorder, preventing neurodegeneration, and benefiting immunity.

Editor's Note: Millions Suffer From Chronic Conditions β€” Don't Know It’s Their Thyroid

It also has anticancer properties. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 50 people with subclinical hypothyroidism (mild hypothyroidism that is not clinically recognized), researchers found that ashwagandha improved objective measures of thyroid function significantly in all the subjects.

Ascorbic acid and vitamin C are not stored by the body. When you ingest the supplement, the portion of the substance that's not used by the body is expelled through your urine. Vitamin C is essential for the growth and repair of soft tissue. It is also a natural antioxidant, eliminating free radical cells from your body, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Free radical cells promote disease and mutation. Vitamin C naturally occurs in citrus fruits and leafy green vegetables. If you develop adverse reactions after taking the supplement, discontinue use and call your doctor.

Lemons and oranges are very high in natural vitamin C.
Quercetin is a natural allegery preventative. Not a good source of Vitamin C.
Black Cumen Seeds : The black cumin seed, also known by its scientific name as nigella sativa or kalonji, belongs to the buttercup family of flowering plants. The good thing about black cumin seeds is that you can use them to treat digestive tract conditions such as colic, gas, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, constipation, and dysentery. Black seeds can also treat respiratory conditions such as allergies, flu, congestion, cough, asthma, swine flu, and emphysema. Another unique factor of black cumin seeds is that they are versatile and have plenty of health benefits. These seeds have been used for over three thousand years to prevent various diseases.

Your welcome and please ask if you want to know of other Herbal Remedies.
What we consider weeds are , in fact, where most medicinal plants come from are these weeds. Weeds are often medicinal plants. I believe that God put a plant on this earth for all diseases known or unknown. We have lost over time many of these plant names. The Holy Annoiting Oil is made from plants or weeds.
Exodus 20:36
The holy anointing oil (Hebrew: שמן Χ”ΧžΧ©Χ—Χ” shemen ha-mishchah, "oil of anointing") formed (Exodus 30:26) .The primary purpose of anointing with the holy anointing oil was to sanctify,

one teaspoon of pure gum Spirits mixed with 1 tbsp of coarse ground sugar put in your mouth and swallow with a little bit of water, all viruses parasites and bacteria will be gone within 3 hours. reintroduce yourself with probiotics the following day as this treatment wipes out all bacteria good and bad. colds and flus gone. this works 100% of the time I've used it on myself several times, guaranteed and no side effects.

vitamin B17 also kills cancer its highest dose comes naturally in apricot seeds rule of thumb is eat as many seeds as you can eat the fruit. suggestion three to four seeds a day if you have cancer. vitamin B-17 is in most seeds, why do you think they've made everything seedless it's not for your convenience it's so that you will become lacking of vitamin B17. when I eat an apple I eat the whole core.

Could you please explain if/how Cyanide and Arsenic are useful to human beings? Apple seeds and other seeds are know to contain some amounts of these, although I believe you would have to ingest a large portion. How do we know if these reports of what is in our food are real or fabricated? Although I do agree with eating the pith of citrus fruits I am undecided on the pits.

For thousands of years humans and animals have eaten the whole fruit and veggi, no waist, people were healthier more robust, now look how the cancer rates as they have skyrocketed. these days they have made everything seedless and scare you into thinking seeds are bad. 😳

I agree that we are healthier when eating "real" food as opposed to the fake food that is out there. However there are many naturally occurring plants (or parts of plants) that are dangerous.

I believe the switch to the "seedless" varieties years ago was about farming/seed (and GMO) control and pushed to the public as a "convenience". Originally, pits and seeds could be planted for future harvests, but it would appear "they" wanted to control food supply?

One could say the forest is contained in the acorn seed, so I do question the narrative that has been put out regarding that. Seeds, (if mostly uncrushed, perhaps some via mastication) would act as fiber (which is beneficial) and the seed itself would pass through the digestive system and the potentially dangerous compounds in the seeds would not then be bioavailable. However, without a trusted chemical analysis, there is no way to know for sure what is contained within the seeds and or their potential benefits/dangers.
