It blows my mind how many people take OTC meds when we have God's healing foods. During cold and flu season I take a daily dose of homemade elderberry syrup and if I feel something coming on I will drink garlic water one of the best natural antibiotics out there and with in a day it is cleared up.

If people look at some of the OTC medicines, they will find the simple solutions of herbs, and natural remedies in them!
