Arizona has state authority over OSHA via the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

The ICA has decided that the temporary measures are not binding over Arizona's private or public sector employers or employees.

The ICA, however, will review and decide whether or not to adopt the temporary measures for Arizona.

If you have a moment, please consider contacting the ICA and telling them this:

ARIZONA MUST NOT COMPLY WITH OR ADOPT THE VACCINATION EMERGENCY TEMPORARY STANDARD
