I am not an attorney and please correct me if I am wrong but the Durham paper states Section 1001 (a) (2) which is the following. It does not state anything about Treason. I just don’t want to get people’s hopes up if this information is incorrect.

The people not employed through government or corporations ON THE CLOCK are NOT bound to the constitution.
Fifth, government employees are citizens, the rest of America sovereign people, ABOVE government, and here is another elephant in the room.
