AN Oath to office is being licensed through state, there needs to be an emolument for each position, needs to be lawful power and authority to HOLD positions, to have checks and balances.
People can not be paid to trespass the constitution, other people.

Fourth, Governments and corporations being bound to the constitution are bound to acts, statutes, codes, regulations, municipal ordinances as having a CONTRACT through state to protect the interest of the people.
The people not employed through government or corporations ON THE CLOCK are NOT bound to the constitution.
Fifth, government employees are citizens, the rest of America sovereign people, ABOVE government, and here is another elephant in the room.
BAR members first have an oath to the crown, second to the BAR, third to the government and fourth to the people, and their positions are not lawful in America and around the world, as they fail at full disclosure, at providing clients with fiduciary duties owed to their clients, to the world.

First courts have BAR members, BAR members are not lawful, they play games, commit frauds, and protect the interest of themselves and their fraudulent systems, Judges, justices of the peace, magistrates, are all in the the crimes.
Very serious what is happening, and not many care to share, give the effort to learn what is right from wrong.
Everyone in America and the world is obligated to know law, as rights are the law, and not knowing what rights are and how to defend, protecting the interest of families, friends, each other, the children is an obligation, is a must, and here we are.
