From what little I read, the ICLCJ, the International Common Law Court of Justice, is something NEW to combat things when traditional courts have failed to uphold justice. Anyway, I still believe that the Pope would be the first arrest, mainly because it would shock the WORLD.

They went into action just after WWII. But the source vid for this story and the one linked with it to so many reposts comes from murderbydecree.com? So I went to the International Courts actual website and find nothing of any mention about any of this. And the beginning of the video says that it was made from a "press release" from that court. It does not appear on thier official page...
