question: Do I file my taxes this year? I usualy get money back. $$$

If you file, you are giving your money to a bankrupt entity (IRS) which is an agent of the Queen of England. The IRS is now defunct, as people paying taxes last year discovered when their green cards came back showing them stamped "received" by JP Morgan/Chase instead of the IRS.
