This is my thinking, like the Epstein and Maxwell cases are just a small piece! 😄

This is how I understand all of this playing out. Revelations in certain cases (i.e. Ghislane Maxwell, Election Fraud, Wuhan Gain-of Function) will confirm that these are crimes against a nation (not just crimes against individuals). This revelation will be the catalyst to bring in Military Justice on a public scale. Crimes against a nation, or treason, is an act confirming a renunciation of US citizenship, which throws out constitutional protections. A re-definition of these people as enemy combatants per Trump's EOs will ensure Military tribunals, swift trials, very little opportunity for appeal, and SWIFT PUNISHMENT. With their constitutional protections tossed aside for their treasonous crimes, very little red tape process will be required to access the massive amount of NSA data. (texts, phone calls, e-mails, IP activity, financial transactions). Does this help?
