The “missing” 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

...because we don't stand up and maul the doors of our representatives screaming for the law to prevail...we have too many channels of cable TV, cell phones, screens everywhere to distract us, video games in kids hands, and all the junk food you can eat yourself to death with. OH! Don't forget all the alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs and sensational stimulating products available in copious amounts everywhere!
We don't have proper representation and a real government because we like all our shit too much here in this spoiled rotten nation! How do they make you obey? Restrict your "shit" from access! You bend the knee...problem solved, and the 13th amendment remains still changed...

America needs to take a lead from the rest of the earth...look how many overthrew their governments already and stopped all the madness through mass social uprisings and ironclad willpower...we go back inside and turn on devices and eat and just obey here...
