On the first day of September, the month to be aware of childhood cancer. You will see facts every day this month. I encourage you to share them, so others are aware. It is definitely not RARE for your child to develop cancer. Unfortunately, it isn’t a profitable disease and therefore ALL pediatric cancers receive 3.8% of federal funding. That’s it!

I never had kids so wasn't aware of the number of shots kids are given. Now that I look at it I would not be complying with their schedule.
