I use Cayenne pepper all the time. It is a preventive also.. I put it on most foods. I use sweet oil if I have problems with my ears. When I was growing up, we didn't go to the doctor for every little sniffle, still don't. We used home remedies that actually work. Chicken soup, greens, rhubarb, galic, and many others. My grandma was considered a healer. We grew huge gardens with tons of herbs. I still use these things today...😉👍💞

My husband noticed that a vitamin commercial said their product makes people feel so much better- but they didn't say exactly how or in what ways it helped. I told him that because the FDA doesn't endorse natural supplements, the vitamin company could probably be sued by the FDA for false claims. FDA makes money on approving drugs- follow the money....

In the Netherlands I buy mine from Holland and Barrett. I use this for my dog with good results, but am always researching other oils. I will try Blessed CBD next. It is organic and has a better rating. It is in the UK, so that is a plus for you! ❤️

That makes sense since I know when blueberries are frozen it breaks up the cell walls and makes the antioxidants more bioavailable, however I've never heard of freezing lemons like this. It has never even crossed my mind to freeze whole lemons before, even though I have frozen the peels. Do you have a source for this info, so I can look it up? Thanks.
