So, do they mean, "Visitors" or people who are in need Medical treatment? Either way, they can't require that. That would be violating the bill of rights.

Same thing w/ my travels when Newsom said b4 that ppl who leaves CA do a 72 hr test & 10 day Q-tine post the travel outside of CA. I never did anything. I just ignored & move fwd w/o fear. I never got any phone calls or follow up after my travels. It's all just fear tactic if u fall for it. But hospitals will play their sick games cuz it's been owned by Rockefellers/others, why put yourself in the stress. If there is a need, ie family/friends in hospital, best just do facetime/pray. But if immediate family, like love parents, and no one can be there 4 them, no choice but do the test, not the jab. I did it 2x for critical missions (HI/AK) w/ short swab test, can't be angry, I just know i have to trust that it's only a test-swab is not tainted w/ positive thinking & that nothing will affect my Hz, as God/team R protecting me 4 my missions. Completed those travels w/o any issues, still negative results & never been sick to see Dr, since being activated to my 5D light body.
