Thanks for that. I don't see anywhere there that says people can be hired to come to your door and take down your name to add you to a list for not taking a vax though. I still think this admin is over reaching big time.

The law is limited to certain covered entities and business associates only. Regular folks asking is not in violation. I can ask you if you had any medical procedure, you don't have to answer me.

The law does not apply to business associates/subcontractors that receive or transmit protected health info on behalf of another business associate. If they share the info with the health authority, the health authority can share your info, so best not to tell the door knockers anything.

I understand that part of it. And I understand they can ask and I don't have to answer. The part that I'm having trouble with is that they legit want to keep a running list of those who haven't had the shot. I mean, chances are good, most of the people they ask that refuse to answer will be assumed they haven't taken it. Swamp on both sides is not interested in doing anything for our well being.
