Trump can't be reinstated. That's not how it works. Even if both Biden and Harris were found ineligible for office, Nancy Pelosi would become acting President until the next election winner.

incorrect. if states recall their electoral votes and numbers go below 270, then it goes to a vote by the Senate on what the majority of counties in their state voted. that is the constitutional way to fix it.
