It's happening. Try to drink mineral water, San Pellegrino is best. The ones with fruit juice in are most effective. Popelmo/Grapefruit is perfect to enhance your crystalline structure. It really helps.

AFTER 40+ YEARS. FEEL MUCH BETTER OVERALL.

It's the water they called The Fountain of Youth. The spring is fed by water filtered by through the Alps, also known as Glacial Milk. It's got ancient mineral compounds in it. Nothing better to help Ascension symptoms. Perrier can also work but it's too "refined".
