Palm trees are amazing. We had a hard ice storm here, and everyone's palm trees survived while other trees' branches snapped. Now many of the palm trees have yellow flower bunches growing from them and shooting massive new shoots from their tops to replace the damaged leaves. They all came back stronger than before. I find this interesting.

I had two Coconut Palm trees in my front yard that were very old. Donyou know they stood against hurricane after hurricane after hurricane! So amazing what they can take. Then we had to sell that house and the people who bought it cut them down. Amazing

OMG! That is so sad to hear they cut them down. They are amazing trees. Mine were babies when I planted them 3 years ago. They are growing super fast. I can't even believe it. I love that they are evergreen.
