Question? If the Federal Reserve and the IRS are private institutions and not owned or part of the government are the employees of each institution government employees? Are these employees receiving the benefits of being government employees? Should the principal owners of the Federal Reserve and IRS be paying for the benefits for the employees, are they receiving monies for retirement from the government? How are the "mints" being taken care of as employees for the government or do they belong to the Federal Reserve? If the Federal Reserve is not going to be in existence will these employees fold over to the Department of the Treasury, and will the IRS employees be working on the new National Sales Tax? If the Federal Reserve employees move into the Treasury should the default owners of the Federal Reserve pay the government for all the benefits the Federal Reserve employees received from the US Government during their Reserve tenure? Just wondering!
