The CDC didn't patent AIDS or H1N1 and Biden's signature didn't change.

IT'S MISINFORMATION. It is meant to scare you and rile you up against your fellow countrymen. The people sharing it probably have no ill intent. Don't blame them. Educate them and the people you or others have shared it with. That is your duty as a truth seeker.
The first three patents are:
A proposed treatment
A detection mechanism for blood samples
A proposed method to produce a vaccine
They don't patent the disease. None of them do.

The creators hoped to cure AIDS, which sadly they didn't. But the patent text is still out there, and the patent number is used to scare people into thinking the US created the cirus. Great.
