Are you sure you're not allergic to lavender? Allergic here, I have better luck with spearmint and rubbing pressure points... inner corner of eyes, outer sides of nostrils, and behind the ears. If you apply pressure and can feel your heart beat you have the right spot.

No not allergic to lavender. 🙂 Just dealing with severe changes in our weather & its spring with pollen , ragweed & such. I usually have sinus & allergies every spring but our weather has been literally crazy. One minute its snowing, then rain & then snow , sleet, rain & then its warm the next day. I am not the only one suffering this. Many here said this has been the worst spring weather in a long time.

lavender is good to help relieve congestion ~ besides its calming feature to assist sleep should be soothing for a good nights rest!

weather is still wild here too ~ cold and stormy one day, an hour of sunshine on a day we're supposed to get sun all day, then more storms and cold, damp, rain and more rain. I have my thoughts about this constant down pouring of what appears to be soot based rain ~ black film all over everything ~ but that's for another day.
