Unfortunately , I don't but I have been inhaling lavender & I heard that has medical properties. Our weather is so messed up. Yesterday it was sunny but cool , today we had sleet & rain & cold temps. Usually by this time its not so cold & we get rain & not so much snow. Thank you for the suggestion & for the prayers. You really are a true angel! ❤️🤗❤️

lavender is good to help relieve congestion ~ besides its calming feature to assist sleep should be soothing for a good nights rest!
weather is still wild here too ~ cold and stormy one day, an hour of sunshine on a day we're supposed to get sun all day, then more storms and cold, damp, rain and more rain. I have my thoughts about this constant down pouring of what appears to be soot based rain ~ black film all over everything ~ but that's for another day.
We know GODs GOT THIS ~ stay strong, sis and keep on breathing in God's beauty!!! Love you, bunches!!!💖

Thanks @thangel , I can't believe we are getting SNOW again! 😠 And then its suppose to get warmer. Unbelievable! This messing with our weather is starting to work my last nerve. I am just cranky. Lack of sleep is wearing on me. Sleep Well & God Bless. 🙏🕊️✝️❤️🤗❤️

the best thing you can do for sinus is hot showers and castor packs. You have internal work to do on mucus.
