I somewhat disagree. I have read thousands of pages relating to this, there will not be a NESARA the way you describe it. There is a HUGE difference between QUANTUM-BANKING &: Quantum Financial System. One can only be joined by knowledge, contract, and performance of maritime shipping. The other one is complete made up bullshit.
