People with this kind of thinking process is the problem. I called on a bullying statement. Whether it was a metaphor or not, first signs of uncalled for behavior creates conflict. That is the problem with society, no one calls on the first signs, just let it slide until it escalates.

“Served” and “roasted” are both obvious metaphors for getting under someone’s skin, but you know this, right? Surely you didn’t think the original poster had grilled some humans and was eating them.

Virtue signalling takes on all kinds of forms.

Youths need to learn to use different words. Communication is the most important tool we use. No one calls on the youths to change their ways and behaviors. We've been way to lenient. They act like entitled spoiled brats with no respect for another nor do they humble themselves to those who have life experience. This aggression needs to have a line drawn or it escalates. It causes conflict between people. Just look at the age group of those who caused riots during the BLM protest. That behavior starts somewhere and if not called on when you see the first signs it escalates just like the way Hollywood and the entertainment business, politics and corrupt governments have been allowed to go on with their corruption. Rising up to stop evil before it becomes obvious is the key.
