Okay, I've been careful about not eating or juicing apple seeds for years. Those days are OVER! Bitter apricot kernals have a hint of fine cognac to me for some reason, and I've taken them without a hint of trouble. Oh, Johnny! Johnny Appleseed, come hither, honey.

grew up on a farm in South Africa we had an orchard with apricot trees in and my father used to crack open apricot pips and give us the insde to eat !!
