This is without a doubt part of my own personal testimony. When my children were little, living at home, cable was just not part of my budget. I remember feeling badly because they couldn't watch tv like everyone else. God however, used this for his purpose, good. My children and I spent our evenings playing games, having dance offs, talking about everything and anything and just making up our own crazy fun. Years later, they have all told me they liked it that way, rather then having a TV on 24/7. I learned that sometimes what we think is "missing out" is really Gods Divine Protection.

While I'm here... I'm in the process of setting up a new computer (the old one bit the dust a few days ago), and I cannot find my password for WEGO. I've tried to do a password reset, but the confirmation email has yet to reach my email inbox. I'm wondering if this problem is just specific to me, or if WEGO itself is experiencing some sort of difficulties. I'm not sure what to do to resolve the problem... any suggestions? :)

Gave up Dish over a year ago, don't miss it at all. Hubs watches old westerns on Prime, so old a lot of them are in black and white. This is a huge improvement for him, he use to come in the house and turn on the TV, leaving it on when he went back outside. He now will turn on, find an old movie, watch one and turn it off. Get a laugh sometimes even in those old black and white movie days people didn't trust the democrats, or newspapers!

I prefer more intellectual pursuits. In fact, I chose not to purchase a TV for more than two decades. Now, I turn on the weather when travelling in our Recreational Vehicle and are sans internet.
