Millennials in the USA have just experienced the worst excess mortality rate in history!

Everyone is always saying “you need to heal” “find your inner child” etc. But, how? I dint have the slightest clue how to heal my inner wounds and traumas. Insight? Anyone?

Walk strength-fully within as you may come upon those which employ in possession, rebuke, cast out, and bind them with the words given by Our Father who stands with You in the face of such evil. Be Fearless, Mighty, Brave, Clear mindedly as You Confidently walk it out knowing You stand on Holy Ground with every step You take, as these lesser things are eviscerated in the presence of Our Fathers Greatness, by which You are the vessel of HIS choosing.

The sun looks different..... again...... back to a golden hue instead of bright white.

Some days I wake up and wonder how I even survived the day before. Yesterday was not good- came close to making my exit. Im hanging on by my last thread.

I just saw a quote from someone “Fear kills more people than death”- it hit me, 6 years ago, when I had my son, I allowed fear to kill me (who I was). I’ve spent the last 6 years dealing with agoraphobia. I had moved away from my parents, friends, family to live in Maryland when I had my son (around the time of the riots in Baltimore) tensions had increased drastically during that time and I had personally felt the backlash from it all. It created a fear in me so great that ive only left my household a handful of times since. Fear killed me. I feel like my soul is lost and Im trying everything I can to find it. I dont ever speak my mind- publicly, privately or on social media and just felt like i hate to release this when I saw that quote posted. Maybe, just maybe Ill find myself again 💙🦋💙

I feel like every last bit of energy has been zapped from my body. 😩😩😩😩🥴🥴🥴
