Interregnum: a period when normal government is suspended, especially between successive reigns or regimes - a pause w/ potential MIL oversight for COG.
Analogy: the government version of escrow.
I've seen 'journalists' (Clowns) call Nov03-Jan20 the post-Trump interregnum, neglecting the potential temp. transfer of power to MIL that's occured in previous interregnums in history.
US MIL+Q want to restore Constitution (per their oath), not rule USA. They may need to take control of government (BENEVOLENTLY) to dismantle the Corporation + build Consitutitional govt.

Simon Parkes had briefly mentioned (i believe yesterday?) but with not much detail. Again, not anything I'm familiar with, but it's my supposition that the CIC would have to hand the keys to the castle over...?
States of emergency, wartime president, tons of powers he has yet to use (that we are aware of...)
The specifics, I don't know. Has it already happened, I don't know.
But at least worth considering. SOMEONE needs to oversee the transition... DJT could remain POTUS until such point a new POTUS is Constitutionally elected..? Term extended since no Constitutional election held on 11
