I worked at a bank for years and would refuse to help customers until they removed their sunglasses. There’s no way I could go along with requiring customers to obscure their face before receiving assitance. I roll my eyes whenever police departments or businesses release photos asking for public help identifying people whos face is completely covered up by a face diaper.
