Its bad enough to be proven a fake, but the big question should be - what did they do with all that money that was supposed to be used to achieve their goals? Did any of it get Circled Back? Cabal'd?
I don't think they used it to reduce our taxes.

Amen...them and every other initiative they undertake. Ever notice that the first thing done to "deal with a problem" is to form another damned committee and investigate? Committee=another group of contractors or agencies hired, more money granted for investigations. etc. and never dissolved afterwards...
