So what is this Initiative Q everyone's talking about?

Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). My van has been in the shop since March of last year (electrical short nobody wants to take time to find for me)!

We just got a contract on a minifarm today & the organic market won't deliver out there!

Mama really NEEDS a vehicle that runs... perhaps a Nissan pickup with a camper top so I can go goat shopping soon!

I do believe the Lord is preparing to restore the years the locusts have eaten, along with our funds!

We've been hanging on by a thread, trying to keep credit scores up, etc... Paying everything as soon as received.

I have 3 pairs of pants & a bunch of t-shirts... 1 pair tennis shoes, 1 pair sandals, 1 pair house shoes....

Meat has been a "garnish" in our house lately.

Happily, we'll have a good deer season next year since the property backs up on forestry that goes for MILES!

We will ALL make it through this!

I too believe that. I'm sorry you're going through difficult times. Your outlook is splendid. Trust in the Lord, he always provides. I'm oddly enough moving further from meat. It doesn't appeal to me as much in the last year. My sonnand daughter in law are staying here and they are vegan. Her grocery bill for both of them for a week, is about $60. Some of her creations ate delicious. 🙂🙏

I tried that a few years back. I tend to get weak & shaky & ill when I don't eat meat.

Add to that that I cannot eat supermarket meat due to the hormones & soy that they feed...

In Mexico, I lived on quail, goat, lamb & seafood!

Not so easy here.

I never do well on supermarket food.

And I can never sleep in the city...

The last 2 years have been ROUGH, since returning from Mexico. Poor farmers don't pour RoundUp on everything.

I can tell within 10 minutes if I've eaten something with that on it. I'm hypersensitive, being as I got doused when a 250-gal drum of it broke open when I was 11 years old back on the farm.

I've been trying to grow my veggies in 5-gal buckets... In 30 days or so, I'll have room for a REAL garden again!
