Tiny Example:
Asleep:
"They' said smoking is not bad for you. All the movie stars smoke. Smoking makes you look more cool, grown up. Everyone smokes, even pregnant women" (note this is what was said back in the day)
Awake:
"There's so much proof smoking is one of the worst things in the world you can do to yourself, your baby, your house, your bank account... etc."
lol then there's the Awake/Asleep phase:
"I know it's bad for me and I may have a heart attack or lung cancer but I'm going to do it anyway"
