So far as I can tell it is only normal in 1 state. But that was just 1 person saying that. IT ISN'T NORMAL IN INDIANA EITHER... I DID THE BURN TEST ON IT. IT TURNED BLACK AND DIDN'T MELT FROM HEAT. AND I LET IT "MELT" IN A BOWL. IT DIDN'T EVAPORATE LIKE NORMAL SNOW AND NOT MUCH WATER WAS LEFT...👍🤔

I melted a full bowl in microwave and it took 2mins and very little water in the bowl. I am in MS.
