I agree. We have been thinking of global genocide, but if you arrange for the spike protein to be specific to particular countries (through fake vaccination) you can develop a second bioweapon to target all cells carrying that marker. Just like all bananas being one clone, when disease strikes, it strikes everybody down at once. A perfect invasion plan with no friendly casualties. Empty cities to be taken over once the bodies are cleared.
