Having citizenship in another country is also a diqualifier. There is a very good reason our forefathers put that in. For as it says in the Bible,

yep, two systems, when the judge asks if you "understand the charges" he's telling you if you say yes, you agree to be tried under the laws of the queen...NEVER say yes you understand..it means you stand under their law..the queens law.
