I think the fake one was removed with the real Harry back taking part in their takedown.

I posted recently about Harry's book Heir & Spare, can't find it. The spare part was meant to replace William if he should die, but not being of the same bloodline wouldn't do. The one who replaced him at 8 was related to THEM. Think spare parts, body parts replacements, kidney etc
