And if that does not appeal to you ,you can go strait to what Pot. Starch makes, *Butyrate as mentioned in the video. Then your body does not have to make it, less discomfort and I benefited from it.

Sounds very interesting. Thank you for sharing, I'm going to give it a try. I cannot go to bed hungry, and figuring out what to eat that is filling but healthy is a challenge.
