People are noticing the empty magazine is empty. I am not sure what that dude was thinking, and why are the car taillights blinking like that? https://x.com/ShadowofEzra...

Firearm Safety Rule #1 :
ASSUME ALL GUNS ARE LOADED.
So threaten anyone with a firearm,
whether it's loaded or not,
expect to GET SHOT GRAVEYARD DEAD.

Exactly. Even if he removes the magazine, there can be one round still chambered in that rifle.

I don't even check for that Raven. It's whereever the barrel is pointed.
Firearm Safety Rule #2 : Never point your firearm at anything you don't want to destroy.
I actually stopped going to gun ranges a few decades ago. TWICE, IDIOTS pointed their firearms at my guts out of pure carelessness. Yes those guns were loaded. Once a fella in the lane next to me decided to clear his jammed weapon pointing the gun at me, out of SHEER carelessness. In such cases, acting in self-defense is justified, too.
If a barrel of a gun is pointed in anyone's direction, that individual at the business end must assume they are a fraction of a second from DEATH. PERIOD.
Anyone in a hostile situation such as this, even coming at someone aggressively, armed & making threats, raising a weapon in any manner, MUST be perceived as a DEADLY THREAT.
The only non-threatening posture would be to have one's rifle slung over one's shoulder, and pistol holstered. That's it!
