​The Scope: They manage the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (the pension fund for the US Military and Congress), air traffic control towers, and the CMS (Obamacare) eligibility data.
​The "Golden Share": The British Government retains a "Golden Share" in SERCO, granting them veto power over the company's operations.
