Kat, I'm not a lawyer and I'm not a JAG, I'm a Cowboy, but when looking over the UCMJ, it seems like there are some really big violations of Military Law goin' on where all of this LAUNDERING of Taxpayer Funds is occurring.

From my layman's POV, there could be Violations of one or combinations of the following Sub Chapter 10 Articles of the UCMJ considering how organized Criminal Syndicates typically operate:
⚔️ ARTICLE 78. Accessory After the Fact
⚔️ ARTICLE 81. Conspiracy
⚔️ ARTICLE 104. Aiding the Enemy
⚔️ ARTICLE 106. Spies
⚔️ ARTICLE 106a. Espionage
⚔️ ARTICLE 107. False Statements
⚔️ ARTICLE 109. Property other Than Military Property of United States – Waste, Spoilage, or Destruction
⚔️ ARTICLE 121. Larceny and Wrongful Appropriation
⚔️ ARTICLE 123. Forgery
⚔️ ARTICLE 127. Extortion
⚔️ ARTICLE 131. Perjury
⚔️ ARTICLE 132. Frauds Against the United States
Does the UCMJ apply to such crimes?
