Yes I Believe it. I look at tats. Pop stars and rappers and athletes. Musical Proteges. Look at their hands and necks and faces. I suspect those are all given during fracturing ritual abuse. Yes and piercings. I've read that earlobes are important energetic points that are actually damaged by piercing the ears. Same with the nose rings.
