I HATE hearing of this kind of tragedy,
2 lives destroyed for no reason.
Firearm user UNTRAINED or IGNORING TRAINING.
THERE ARE 4 BASIC RULES TO SAFE FIREARM USE:
1) Treat all firearms as LOADED, even if you think they aren't.
2) Do not point a firearm at anything you DON'T want to destroy.
3) Keep your finger OFF the trigger until you are ready to fire.
4) KNOW your Target and what is beyond it AT ALL TIMES.
If you follow these 4 rules, it's virtually IMPOSSIBLE to have an accident.
All Firearm mishaps break 1 or more of these above 4 Firearm Safety Rules.
YOU, the Firearm user, are responsible for that bullet from the moment it leaves your gun barrel until the moment it STOPS, in all situations.
Be sure to store your firearm in a gun lockbox or gun safe, so unauthorized hands can't touch it.
