They failed to say the US Air Force would be the ones making the skies cloudy. The US Air Force is Allegedly. I do not know any operation that has at least 20 planes on Christmas Eve, a huge Travel Holiday for Airports. To fly, at the same time carrying tons of chemicals to spray as an aerosol, 20 to 30 thousand feet in the sky.
