It was a money-laundering/self-enrichment scam for ELITES that benefited EU and CCP companies at the expense of the American Taxpayer.
NOT ONE of these wind generation turbines ever pays for itself due to the high maintenance costs including needing electricity to stand still, and they now have created a HORRENDOUS environmental disposal problem.
