I’m going to do a water fast today to avoid pain. I am praying it won’t make me too weak, as my marginal diet of yogurt & chicken of late hasn’t too much, even though another lb came off…down to 159. I hadn’t seen the 160’s or the 150’s in over 40 years. I am going to try to have the courage to make a gastroenterologist appointment this week & keep it. Praying the peace of God fills me even more since food gives me no peace. 🙏
