This would allow the US to launch a full bore nuclear attack on Russia and then they would launch on us and completely destroy this planet. The evil ones planned on going underground for as long as it took then come out and start their horror again. They never thought she would lose. So those that think we should be done already should thank the Military and Trump that they are still alive. The reign of terror was ending and they knew it.
