THIS IS DISGUSTING - WHILE AMERICANS GO HUNGRY.
There needs to be a MANDATORY DEATH SENTENCE for Defrauding the American Government (over a certain amount, like $10,000 TOTAL or something like that, and mandatory LONG prison sentences for less than that amount).
