Even if there really was histamine during all these processes, it would still be just another fallacy of making a causality from a correlation, which is one of the biggest mistakes of conventional medicine.
There are no "diseases", but only natural biological regulation processes, which cause symptoms while the body is regulating and healing itself. All hormones or biological substances that are present (including bacteria) are part of the process and NOT the cause.

psychological abuse puts the body in survival mode which interrupts the nervous system and over time creates these imbalances.
the only way to heal is to get out of the situation.

The imbalance is the biological program compensating the situation in your favor. Your body and nature in general are not working against you. When you get out of the situation, your body will regulate itself with another imbalance while you are healing, but it's still not a disease.
