You ever notice how…
sometimes all a person really needs…
is a 🤗?
Not a long speech…not a fancy answer…just two arms wrapped around them for a moment…reminding them they’re seen, safe, and not walking this life alone.
A simple hug can do more than we realize…
It slows the heart rate…releases oxytocin, the “love & comfort” hormone…eases stress in the brain…and tells the nervous system,“You can breathe now…you’re okay.”
It softens walls…melts tension…
and reconnects us to the part of ourselves that still believes in goodness.
