It just makes more sense from a tactical strategy to militarize the Capital and the Courts to hold all the election fraud, sedition, and treason trials. The US is a nation of the Rule of Law and this is how justice must be served under military protection in controlled zone. We saw when the heat turned up in Georgia there we 2 assassinations - Harrison Deal and James O'Sullivan. I like your theory, and I like that the tribunals could take place in a city where law and order has been wiped out by corrupt people. Maybe it will exorcise some of the evil.
