It just makes more sense from a tactical strategy to militarize the Capital and the Courts to hold all the election fraud, sedition, and treason trials. The US is a nation of the Rule of Law and this is how justice must be served under military protection in controlled zone. I like your theory, and I like that the tribunals could take place in a city where law and order has been wiped out by corrupt people. Maybe it will exorcise some of the evil.
